1. Reasons We May Cancel an Order

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Limited stock or product unavailability 
  • Issues flagged by our credit or fraud prevention department 
  • Payment problems or verification issues 
  • Shipping damage or loss (in which case we will either replace the order or issue a full refund, based on your preference) 

If an order is incomplete upon delivery, we will issue a partial refund for the missing items or send replacements.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • You may request an order cancellation by contacting our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. 
  • We will cancel your order and give you a complete refund if it hasn’t been processed or sent yet. 
  • Cancelling an order is not possible once it has been sent or processed. In some cases, processing may occur within 12 hours of placing the order. 
  • Upon approved cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation from us. 

3. Refund Eligibility

We will process refunds in the following situations:

  • Order canceled before shipment 
  • Product damaged during delivery 
  • Product lost in transit (after verification) 
  • Product incomplete or incorrect upon delivery 

You must contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date if your order is missing, damaged, or returned to the sender without your knowledge.

4. Refund Method

The initial payment method will be used to provide refunds:

  • Credit Card payments: refunded directly to your card 
  • Check or Money Order payments: refunded via check or money order, sent to your billing address 

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Most refunds are processed within 10 business days. 
  • Check or Money Order refunds may take longer due to mailing times and bank processing. 
  • It can take longer for your bank to credit the money to your account after it has been processed. 

6. Product Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the product or service received, you may file a complaint with our support team. We will review your case and process a refund or replacement according to our broad Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
